Feudalism
Feudalism is social system in medieval Europe. People worked and fought and in return they gave them land and protection.
The Socials where the king/monarch ,barons/nobles, bishops, knights and Vassals/ peasants/serfs,nights/vassals.
Monarch
The monarch was known as the king its the oldest form of government. The monarchs ruled as a autocrat and had full control over the government and the state. Most states just have one person to be a monarch. The monarchs had a lot of tittles like emperor or empress.
Barons/Nobles
Nobles prevented work land and protection to the peasants. They also provided supply and military service to the king. Noblemen were expected to be excellent fighters. Noblewomen where not expected to fight for the king.
Nights/Vassals
Vassals lived in their lords court as their household nights. the lord had the duty to provide the Fief his vassals. He did that so they could protect him and do him justice in court.
Peasants/Surfs
The peasant where given land and protection by the lords but the peasants also had to give him something in return. They had to give their farmer and 10% of their earnings. By doing that many peasants went broke.
Summary
My experience in this activity was very tiring and fun at the same time. It was fun because we got to learn about feudalism and we got to sit on a dirty floor in the dark and color. It was also fun because people had to protect you while you colored. It was tiring because we had to use one hand. Also because you had to sit on the floor. I felt like this activity was very educating.I thought this because we learned while having fun. Also because after you told us about everything we did the activity about.
