Rules for Jousting
Set #1
1 Only nobles and nights may ride in a joust.
2 the rider has to have his own horse and armor.
3 when they hear the signal the opponents ride and each other carrying only a shield and lance.
4 you receive two points when you break your lance on your opponents helmet.
5 You receive three points when you knock your opponent off from his horse.
6 An unhorsing ends the match.
7 if you don't break your lance its considered a glancing bow and you don't win the match
8 if the opponent breaks his lance only the squire can hand him a new one and if he gets injured the squire is the only one that can help him
9 in the event the winner gets to pick if he keeps the horse and armor.
Set#2
1 the nights who joust should only run four courses
2 there has to be four judges two for one team and two for the other.
3 if one night hits his opponent with the lance and the opponent puches him of the horse its a tie
4 if the nights lance breaks his opponent has to strike him
5 you receive points by breaking the lance on the opponents chest
Set#3
1 the lance length has to be 10 ft
2 the shield has to be made of rigid, non-brittle, material
3 if a knight shatters two lances by striking his opponent, and the knight who has been struck knocks him off his horse, even though he did not splinter his lance
4 if a night drops his lance then his opponent has to strike at him
Rules for Dueling
1 the total length has to be 10 ft
2 once the three jousting's are over the match is over but usually they continue they're match on foot with a sword
3 groin area has to be protected by armor
4 The shield should have at least 300 square inches of surface area to present a reasonable minimum target area to the opponent
Dueling Rules
Set#1
1 the first offence requires the first apology
2 once the party's start you cant receive apology's
3 the one who is getting challenged gets to choose the ground
4 you can never do a challenge at night
5 the opponent cant challenge you without having offences
Set#2
1 they couldn't use swords
2 you cannot shout up in to the air
3 the challenger gets to pick his weapon
4 a miss fire is the same as a shot
5 any wound sufficient that makes someone trouble you have to shake hands and end it for that day
set#3
1 the players will be in a ring and get to duel
2 the winner is the one standing
3 one of them has to be wounded
Melee Rules
Set#1
1 nobles fight in groups rather than alone
2 nights and nobles attack each other on open fields
3 people who are part of this come from wealthy family
4 should be part of the elite group
5 must wear a full plate armor
Set#2
1 teams were set up
2 the battle took place in large areas like woods or rivers
3 the nights hit the opposing team with lances
4 they must try to get the enemy to fall of the horse
set#3
1 nights had to fall to the ground
2 the melee ended once there was one man standing
3 lances should be splintered and horses reared
4 it could just be a way to practice combat
5 blunted weapon were used
